It was proposed to our team that there was a need for a new software tool to assist Bank of America associates on the job. Serving customers and meeting their needs is an important value upheld by BOA. Anything that supports this value is an asset to associates. The (PPL) tool was designed to allow associates to perform on the job faster, more effectively, and more efficiently for a better overall customer experience.

This course project was intentionally created and assigned to our team with only limited and vague information. We were to design an iphone app for our clients, and make the application 'sticky', meaning, people would continue using it over time, and not quickly lose interest."

I designed this project under the advisement of a professor for Indiana University's Instructional Systems Technology department at the School of Education.
This instructional prototype was for a course project. The learner/user audience were office employees and faculty members who worked full-time at Indiana University. This prototype incorporates audio and video used for teaching as well as guiding the practice of stretching.

NOVA Corporation, Osaka, Japan, VILT Testing
I worked as a VILT instructor for a large corporation in Osaka, Japan. I lived and worked professionally in Asia for almost five years. Working in Osaka, I gained experience training adult learners and professionals online, at a distance, in a real-time virtual environment (VILT). As a VILT ESL instructor, I was able to implement and test e-learning technologies for improved learner performance.
